NATO Hybrid COE: LetsData Named a Partner in Countering Information Operations Targeting Ukraine

In the report, Ksenia Iliuk, co-founder of LetsData, shared her insights into how the startup supports real-time monitoring of information operations. She noted, “Civil society was generating a lot of very good content that didn’t debunk, but proactively destroyed so many narratives... I think the best thing that the state did in this regard was to amplify that.” This demonstrates the successful collaboration between civil society and government initiatives, where LetsData's AI-driven solution was crucial in identifying opportunities for fact-based communication interventions. These interventions were often more effective than any attempts to directly counter harmful narratives.

The Hybrid COE report also highlighted the in-depth of LetsData insights for cross-govermental coordination. “We used LetsData materials to develop policy documents and recommendations,” said Ihor Solovey, chief of the Centre for Strategic Communications of Ukraine.
