Warsaw Security Forum2025 Dual Use, Cyber and GovTech Frontiers: Startups Powering Transatlantic Security

LetsData co-founder and CEO Andriy Kusyy spoke at the Warsaw Security Forum on the topic of Predictive Security Against Information Operations. He argued that narrative threats have become a cybersecurity problem, not a communications one, and that techniques once limited to state actors are now affordable enough for ordinary cybercriminals.

Andriy presented two cases investigated by LetsData: an AI-assisted crypto scam using the same playbook as Russia's Doppelganger campaign, now deployed by financial scammers across the UK, Poland, and Czechia; and the Moldovan elections case, in which AI-driven monitoring helped the country hold a pro-European outcome against an estimated $200–300M Russian spend.
