LetsData Wins 2026 Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Award

LetsData has been honored with the 2026 Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Award, acknowledging and celebrating the efforts of women entrepreneurs and leaders in the cybersecurity field.

The award was given to Ksenia Iliuk, co-founder and COO of LetsData, during the European Cyber Security Organisation 10-Year Anniversary event in Brussels.

"I grew up in a small village. In my final year in school, I remember a teacher telling me that I have good grades so I can choose to become whoever I want. And then she said: a teacher or a nurse. A threat intelligence analyst was definitely not on the menu. So this award recognises that the menu can be wider, you can write it yourself, or just throw it out of the window and do your own thing. Today two-thirds of my colleagues at LetsData are women, 60% of our head and director roles are held by women, and our machine learning and AI is almost entirely driven by women," said Ksenia.

Ksenia shared that she started LetsData because she had seen, firsthand, what influence operations can do. Coming from Ukraine and from a national security background, she learned early that information and social media are infrastructure,  a toolbox that threat actors weaponize to reach their goals. Ksenia wanted to outpace them, to finally be a few steps ahead of the adversaries and prevent attacks before they reach their objectives.

Since 2022, LetsData's narrative intelligence platform Vantage has grown into an early warning system for coordinated influence operations across more than 50 countries.

"This award honors where I started, and it points to the kind of field, and the kind of company, I want to keep building. A big thank you to the whole Women4Cyber team for the work you do. And to every other nominee, you are doing work that matters, and it is an honor to be counted among you," Ksenia added.
